A budget build is a great way to get into PC building. Whether you are building for others, building a starter gaming PC, or another specific builds, you probably have a purpose in mind. Whatever that is, upgrades are probably in your future. The think about tech, is that it is obsolete almost as soon as you make a purchase. 

Small upgrades at a time can make less daunting, and can help you improve your setup bit by bit.
